What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Team Leader position at Acquevo?
Our client based in the retail vender space is currently looking to add some leadership to their already thriving retail vender department. The goal of this role would be to help with vender partner management, maintain personal sales goals - leading by example and program sales goals. They will also assist daily with expansion, compliance, onboarding, small team management, providing support coaching and development to others, as well as over see in field training, online training, and classroom style training.
This role is on site, working face to face with employees, clients, and customers and you will split your time between the office and field usually a 25/75 split during the week! This role is full time and offers a weekly compensation opportunity for uncapped commissions.
Retail Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Meeting personal sales goals - driving revenue goal of 1k a week in personal production
- Managing a territory between 1 to 3 locations at a time
- Assisting with weekly scheduling
- Managing all compliance standards
- Conducting sales training & leading meetings to provide feedback
- Tracking profit and loss of territory / client goals
- Ability to have strong communication skills since this role is working with customers, clients, and employees
- Aiding in training other associates to continue to drive revenue and brand awareness
- Ability to work with technology products & services
- Assist with overall brand management
- Working with all office personnel across all departments to ensure all clients goals are being met
