What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Set Up Clerk position at Acra Lending?
Acra Lending is rapidly growing and we have a remote opening for a Loan Set Up Clerk. This position is responsible for reviewing new submissions for completeness; communicating missing items needed to the AE/Broker; creating new loan files within Acra Lending systems and following the LSU
process to submit files to Underwriting
Responsibilities:
- Review new loan files for required documents
- Perform data entry of new loans
- Meet the daily minimum submission quota set by Management
- Complete tasks assigned to Loan Setup Clerk
- Assist Transaction Managers with indexing PTD/Suspense conditions (only as needed)
- Request CPL/WIRE Instructions on approved loans or when requested by the TM
- Any additional projects / duties as assigned by Management
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Accurately type at 50 words per minute
- Experience using paperless imaging software preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and/or governmental regulations
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and grow with the company
- Detail-oriented

Credentials and Experience Required:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Data Entry experience
