Job Summary:

LassiterWare, an Acrisure agency partner, has a current need for a full-time Senior Commercial Lines Business Account Manager. This individual is responsible for managing a limited number of larger size client accounts. This position will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate and courteous support to clients and coworkers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for managing a large book of business accounts including endorsements, audits, renewals, and account round
• Ability to meet the service needs of clients in a timely manner
• Responsible for retaining and renewing existing accounts by continuing to counsel and market clients professionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
• Have a valid State of Florida 2-20 with CIC designation
• Minimum of seven years ‘experience in P&C insurance administration. Extensive practical experience with large P&C clients
• Extensive knowledge of insurance markets and products

Technology Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• AMS360 or similar agency management software experience, a plus

• Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
