We are currently looking for a Senior Architect with experience in Go or Python language programming and designing of cloud services to join international Platform team. The Platform team is responsible for core part of the hybrid Cloud / On-premise systems and APIs which forms the foundation of any public cloud like Identity Management, License Management, Tasks, Events, Notifications, Subscriptions, Audit, API gateway, Message Queues, Database Clusters, and many other highly loaded core components.
Current Acronis technological stack includes 150 microservices written on Go and Python, Kubernetes, clustered Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra, Elasticsearch) databases running under high load 24x7 in multiple datacenters around the world.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Designing of new components domain model, APIs and communication flows
- Building proof-of-concept implementation of most critical parts of the Platform
- Making research of modern technologies and industry trends
- Design review of the components made by other architects / dev leads
- Participating in knowledge sharing initiatives (best practices, design guidelines, tech talks, etc
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 5 years of experience in cloud technologies and software development
- 2 years of hands-on experience designing and architecting readable, maintainable, testable, scalable, and performable cloud software
- Solid experience in writing well-designed, high-quality production code in Python and/or Go-lang
- Demonstrated knowledge of software engineering principals (programming patterns, standard algorithms, data structures, multiprocessing)
- Knowledge of standard infrastructure components such as databases, event systems, messaging queues, web servers, etc
- English at a level no less than "Upper-Intermediate"
