Responsibilities:

• Leading work on projects or components of projects
• Coordinating with consultants and permitting officials for scheduling and approvals
• Ensuring health and building code compliance
• Adhering to client specifications and design standards
• Supervising the production of construction documents while providing QA/QC
• The Architectural Project Manager will report to the Director of Architecture

Requirements

 To succeed in this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of seven years of architectural experience
• Intermediate to advance knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
• Ability to create design and construction documents independently
• Have a full understanding of building codes and industry best practices
• Comfortable communicating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Enjoy directing and mentoring project team members
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic
