- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and support long-term growth.
- Lead the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are in compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee relations programs, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on all HR-related matters, including talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks and maintaining the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational culture, promote diversity and inclusion, and improve employee retention.
- Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the company’s goals.
- Manage the HR team, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all human resources matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive organizational success.
- Lead HR-related change management initiatives during periods of organizational transformation.
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success in HR policy formulation, employee relations, and compliance.
- Extensive experience guiding HR strategy at the executive level, with a deep understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage complex HR issues and conflicts.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong understanding of business operations and organizational needs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace
- Federal Experience is a plus.
