- Proven experience providing IT support within the Child Welfare sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in offering implementation support services for new application builds in a Child Welfare environment.
- Experience in on-site user support for a large-scale distributed application with 15,000 users.
- Track record of successfully working on large-scale rollouts, starting from needs assessment, progressing to production rollout, and concluding with ongoing support.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
