ACS is renowned for project such as World Trade Center, Brooklyn Navy Yard, STONY Brook Hospitals, and a wide variety of both private and public work projects in the Greater New York area including Westchester, New York City and Long Island. The diverse portfolio includes retail, office, industrial, hotel, schools and hospital projects. We have an internal division complete with engineers, architects, draftsmen, project managers, and supervisors. These specialists work with clients such as Tishman, Turner and lendLease to make sure each project is done effectively, on time and within budget.

Looking for a Construction Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of construction administrative experience
- Strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Effective interpersonal skills; approachable and positive attitude
- Demonstrated high degree of professionalism
- Extremely well organized with exceptional time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle constantly changing needs
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
Qualifications:
- BA degree or equivalent 1 to 2 years of work-related experience.
- Professional attitude and commitment to see tasks to a culmination with quality and reliability to meet deadlines.
- Must be a very organized, detail-oriented professional.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Capability to handle a diversified workload and the flexibility to accept and execute a varied level of responsibilities and assignments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
