Job Summary
ACT is seeking a President/COO to provide strategic leadership for the company by establishing the goals, strategies and policies for the company by working with and through the company management team who reports to the President. The position assists with the execution and monitors the company's progress. Has overall accountability to the Board of Directors.
Must Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or related field with Master's degree preferred.
- 15-20 years related industry experience in a management/leadership role with electronics manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Keen analytic and problem-solving skills, which support and enable sound business decision making.
- Outstanding communication and public speaking skills.
