Job Description
We are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team. You will work on projects from design through completion, communicating and coordinating with subcontractors, and responding to customer issues. You will produce project and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD, and design commercial facilities, medical, and office spaces.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects from design through completion.
- Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Respond to and handle customer issues.
- Produce project documents and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Design commercial facilities, medical, and office spaces.
- Provide production support in Revit for design and creating construction documents.
- Assist in construction administration and work with Senior Architect.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Experience with RFIs and/or permitting.
- 3 years of experience in designing and creating construction document sets.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction administration.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and handle them from beginning to end.
Work Environment
Our team consists of about 15 people, fostering a small company feel with a collaborative and fun environment. We provide opportunities to work on a variety of projects from design to construction administration. Located in Baltimore's Mt Vernon area, off N Charles Street, we encourage business casual attire. Over time, flexible hours and some work-from-home options may be available based on merit. We offer a quarterly bonus program, medical insurance contributions, and a 401K match up to 3% of salary.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.06
