Job Description:
- Produce full sets of construction documents in Revit on retail or restaurant projects
- Research Building Codes
- Communicate with municipalities for proper permitting and zoning documentation
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters in Architecture
- Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD
- Ability to draft architectural drawings in AutoCAD
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a US architecture firm producing construction documents
- Experience and knowledge of researching building codes
