Job Description
We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide design support for existing conditions documentation, schematic design, and construction documents. The role also includes creating renderings and assembling client presentations, as well as managing Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Responsibilities
- Provide design support for existing conditions documentation, schematic design, and construction documents.
- Create renderings and assemble client presentations.
- Manage Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience with construction documents.
- Strong design skills in masonry and wood frame construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Studies.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00
