What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Designer position at Actalent?
Description:
Seeking a project architect with 5-10 years of experience. This architect must be licensed or on the way to licensure. The architect will be working on projects regionally and locally, in the healthcare, educational, corporation retail, commercial, etc. They will be managing projects through the full scope of the project. Will be responsible for drawings, and also checking drawings as well on project team. Good chance the candidate may be on multiple projects at once, with helping see projects thru to completion.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have 3-5 years of project management experience
- Must have client-facing, team-building experience
- Commercial & Construction project experience
- Construction Administration services
- Construction Documentation
