What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAD Drafter position at Actalent?
Job Duties:
- Prepare telecommunication drawings
- Make changes to design drawings passed down by engineers
- Incorporate existing design templates into design packages
- Use AutoCAD for all drafting needs
- Drafting for equipment including fiber optic cabling, radio equipment, towers, antennas, routers, rectifier shelves
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years AutoCAD experience
- Understanding of link and reference functions within software and ability to import spread sheets
- Experience with telecommunications, utilities, or civil projects
- Experience utilizing Microsoft office and Vizio
