What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Trial Associate position at Actalent?
This role supports the monitoring of the end-to-end process excellence in clinical development. Under the direction of the Head of the Collaboration Hub and in close collaboration with x-functional stakeholders this role supports processes to monitor and interpret clinical development portfolio performance KPIs (eg, clinical development speed metrics) in the area of clinical development.
The area of responsibility spans the entire clinical development life cycle (from prior to start of development to phase IV) and all therapeutic areas.
- Collects, communicates, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources, including stakeholder interviews, CTMS and FoCUS Planisware.
- Complies, reviews, and analyzes complex data.
- Uses software within functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
- May design processes to enhance work flow.
- Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
- Also included is the development and implementation of relevant documentation and communications.
- Support the creation of regular performance updates which will provide leadership with a view of E2E clinical development.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 years of experience of clinical research experience
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Needs strong communication skills
- Multitasking skills
