What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLS position at Actalent?
Description:
- Responsible for a variety of high-complexity, clinical laboratory testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, and Blood Bank.
- Perform QC/QA procedures, preventive maintenance, and test validation.
- Review and report test results in accordance with laboratory standards.
- Maintain working knowledge of hospital and laboratory policies and procedures.
- GRAVEYARD SHIFT.
- Monday -- Friday (10PM start -- 5AM finish); rotating weekends
- CA Clinical Lab Scientist Licensure
- $70/hr
- 12 month contract to hire position

Performance Expectations
- An example of the best candidate will bring over 6 years of required bench experience and a year in a supervisory position.
- The biggest expectation is to be the technical expert on the hematology, coagulation, and urinalysis benches.
