Description:
Complaint Handling Specialist
• Prepare, review and analyze customer complaint data from and determine MDR report ability.
o Measurement: All complaints reviewed for MDR report ability within one day of receipt.
• Prepare customer complaint data trending and analysis on various product lines.
o Measurement: Monthly Complaint reporting prepared and trending translated into action items and CAPA’s for product improvement.
• Coordinate all complaint information within the US, EU and ROW.
o Measurement: All product related complaints are logged and processed in QT9 complaint handling system.
• Monitor and improve tracking/control systems for complaint handling and MDR reporting.
o Measurement: Continuous improvement and maintenance of complaint data tracking.
• Ensure complaint investigations are thorough and complete while closing complaints.
o Measurement: Completed complaint reports and no major audit findings related to complaints.
• Communicate to Sales representative results of complaint investigations
o Measurement: Completions of emails to sales reps within 3 days of completion of complaint investigation
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
I. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
a) Professional Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a QA/RA role in an environment regulated by GMP/CFR.
b) Education
• BS Degree preferred
