Description:
Actalent is currently working with a well established Commercial General Contractor in the Gaithersburg MD area. They are growing their team in anticipation for incoming work and are currently looking for a Project Manager to support multiple projects in the region. Focus will be on retail/restaurant projects, both interior renovation and ground up construction. Projects range from $1Million-$5million.
*Applicants must have prior commercial construction project management experience, or working for a general contractor as a Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer*
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-3 years of experience as an APM for commercial construction
-PM Scheduling Software/Management Software
-Subcontractor management
-Blueprint Reading
-Field / Site visits when needed
-Project Document Support
-RfI' Submittals, Change Orders
-Subcontractor/Client Communications
