Construction Superintendent

client, a leading general contractor, onsite in Chesapeake, Virginia. We are hiring for multiple roles, ranging from entry-level to experienced.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure all start packages are complete and accurate before construction begins
· Ensure construction activity follows the established plan and schedule
· Maintain current lead times for contractors and suppliers
· Properly schedule and oversee the completion of all municipal inspections
· Ensure cycle time goals are being met
· Follow company processes for internal in-lines and quality inspections
QUALIFICATIONS
· Commercial Superintendent 5 years
· Commercial project exp such as hotels, apartments, restaurants, fire houses, pharmacies, car washes
· Ability to work independently
· Ground up exp on projects $3M
