What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controls Programmer position at Actalent?
Description:
- Programming the integration of the overall flow /controls systems of the plant. - More Process / Systems Controls vs Machine Controls
- Will first receive the necessary documents / P&ID's from team, then programming and managing the communication between the machines and systems
- Controls Documentation within logic diagram - Assisting with implementing a structured documentation process and system
- Additional Collateral Engineering duties as needed at discretion of engineering leads, procurement, commissioning, etc.
Skills:
Programming, Siemens, p&id, allen-bradley, process control, SCADA
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 Years of controls/ladder logic programming experience
Preferably experience with:
- Process or Systems Controls / Programming
