What are the responsibilities and job description for the Design Release Engineer - Active Chassis position at Actalent?
The Design Release Engineer (DRE) will be the lead for the design, release, and electrical integration of Active Suspension Mechatronic Systems for a specific vehicle program. The DRE will be responsible for managing air suspension controls/ECU requirements, development and execution of the system to meet program deliverables, coordination with suppliers, and managing quality metrics for their system.
Required Skills:
• BSME or BSEE required
• Automotive development process knowledge (Concept to Vehicle Launch)
• Electro-mechanical system knowledge
