Description:
Leads in the success of goals for climate smart initiatives for the dairy industry by tending to contractual obligations and requirements and ensuring that they are met. This role also ensures that partner agency contracts are in the best interest of the organization and that program funds are appropriately administered by following applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines. The director will also ensure financial and legal accountability of the initiatives and contracts. Monday-Friday, 40 hours, salaried/day shift. 3 years of grant management. Prior experience in federal grant management preferred. Prior management experience required.
