Description:
Actalent is currently seeking a documentation specialist to join our team with a local medical device client.
This professional will be responsible for being a champion and coordinator of the Engineering Change requests as well as documenting the engineering and testing procedures that need to be revised. This individual is also responsible for helping facilitate a new change process that is CAD Centric.
Qualified candidates will have an associates degree and 3-5 years experience in a regulated environment. (preferably medical device or Auto, Aerospace, Pharma) Experience in GMP and FDA.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Experience with technical writing in medical device preferred (regulated industry required)
- Previous experience with FDA and GMP is strongly preferred.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Experience working with internal departments (including Engineering and Manufacturing) in a technical documentation capacity is required.
- For software desired skills in the following programs:
- Microsoft -Office: Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suites: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat (full not reader) and Adobe Pagemaker.
- Photoshop or other photo manipulation software including Adobe FrameMaker, Corel Home Suite (has word processing and photo editing) and Corel Draw.
