What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drafter / Designer position at Actalent?
Description:
The CAD Technician is responsible for quick and accurate 3-D models and drawings of product lines. Typical projects require building a 3-D model that remaining preliminary, approval, fabrication, and assembly drawings are generated from. Design requirements can vary greatly from project to project, providing a variety of challenges. The successful candidate will provide assistance with other design and drafting needs as required. This is a full-time 40 hour per week position with benefits.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Someone who has construction drafting experience
- Associates Degree in Drafting/Design or Engineering Technology
- Proficient in SolidWorks
- Able to follow and comply with set design and drawing standards
