Work Environment
This role operates in a shipyard repair and maintenance environment. Candidates must have prior experience working in a shipyard to be familiar with the conditions. The culture within the company is highly collaborative, with departments working well together and employees feeling valued. The team has good tenure, indicating a stable work environment. The EHS Coordinator will work with all departments throughout the shipyard, under the supervision of the EHS Supervisor and Director of EHS. The work schedule is from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
