Description:
- We are currently seeking a 2-15 year Project Manager/Estimator to run commercial excavation and wet utility projects
- This person will be responsible for developing and submitting project estimates; preparing project documents; conducting turn over meetings with operations; preparing change order requests and pay applications; and assisting with project close out procedures
- Will primarily be an office job but will also need to go out to sites for site walks and estimating – office is located in Berthoud, CO

Qualifications:
- BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent related work experience
- 2 years of experience as a Project Manager/Estimator
- Estimating experience
- Utility construction experience
- Excavation and piping experience
