Description:
- Manage all Service Technicians
- Handle all customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with relevant departments.
- Warranty claims
- Coordinate all field service visits.
- Develop repair and maintenance procedures with input from relevant departments.
- Assist in development of troubleshooting guide and other similar items.
- Assist in development of maintenance manual and other similar items.
- Review and assist in service reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of service reports to end user and internal customers.
- Assist parts team/service engineer as needed.
- Some travel required.
- Back up Asset Delivery Supervisor when needed.
