What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Technician position at Actalent?
Seeking a Field Technician or Field Inspector to spend 100% of their job duties out on the construction field. Inspectors are field personnel, who can receive instructions, monitor construction activities, report to a supervisor with questions, record results and data. At the end of each day they report to a supervisor and catalog data. We need inspectors who can handle field measurements, reach plans, understand basic field construction safety. Day to Day consists of going to the construction site, taking pictures, recording field notes and data on a clipboard, then reporting that data to your supervisor at the end of each day.
Employees will get miles reimbursed. Mileage is paid for travel during the day between work sites. KCI essentially assign employees a reporting location and then any extra driving beyond that is paid. We are asking that all candidates have reliable transportation and have their own vehicle. Candidates should have strong technical, writing, verbal, and personal skills.
