What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Project Analyst/Admin position at Actalent?
Actalent is in search for (2) project analysts/administrators with a financial focus to join our premier industrial engineering client located in Honolulu, Hawaii. This client is well-known and world renowned with extensive room to grow.
Job Summary:
- Develops, implements, administers, and maintains policies and procedures for ensuring the security, integrity and compliance in accordance with Government Contracts.
- Works independently and with partial supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external clients.
- Candidate must be well organized and demonstrate the ability to quickly recognize and solve project issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial and program administration of federal contracts including
- Prepare and review financial reports for internal and external clients
- Supervise client billing
- Supervise administrative program requirements for Site Visit Access, Scheduling, Document Tracking, In/Out Correspondence
- Data analysis to determine trends and develop best practices for management and Navy client
- Manage Government Property Database
- Create graphs and charts to illustrate project/program status
Preferred Requirements:
- Education: 4 year degree Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- Technical Skills (Not Required): Microsoft SQL Server/Access/Visual Basics/Projects
