Description:

1st shift Flavorist -Certification preferred Scope of the position: The Flavorist creates, revises, and optimizes flavors for dairy and non-dairy applications. This position collaborates with internal and external customers to develop flavor solutions for their products. Duties and Responsibilities: • Create, revise, and optimize flavors for dairy and non-dairy applications • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Application Scientists to create customized presentations for key/target clients • Maintain excellent customer relations with support of Sales, Marketing, and Applications teams • Manage complex projects while maintaining multiple priorities and timelines • Perform analytical testing for flavor and ingredient formulation • Ensure professional development to stay current with new flavor development and flavor processing techniques • Taste all foods and translate flavors into sensory lexicon

BS Food Science degree with 5 years of experience Would maybe be open to someone with less experience but would prefer someone senior level Proficient with Microsoft Office. Proficient with Quality Inspections or lab testing and aseptic technique.
