- Provide safety training for all employees on policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Provide updates to the company’s safety manual and emergency response plans.
- Interface with the health and safety consultant
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct safety audits.
- Recommend and implement remedial measures.
- Maintain accurate records of training, audits, and remediation.
- Investigate and analyze accidents and incidents. Generate reports, track metrics, and report these to management.
- Advise management on issues and resolutions.
- Conduct health and safety testing such as annual hearing tests and mask fit tests.
