Description:
• Ensure accuracy of inventory data at multiple warehouses in integrated WMS & ERP systems • Organize and facilitate physical inventories • Report Inventory Control KPIs to global logistics team and drive improvements • Develop and execute Inventory Control procedures for LATAM region • Drive organizational change by directly leading process improvement initiatives related to Inventory Management & End of Life Cycle strategy • Lead process improvement initiatives to improve warehouse flows, picking and shipping procedures • Partner with Supply Chain team in monitoring expiring products and manage the disposition of expired and end of life products • Partner with Accounting team to validate data and ensure SOX compliance • Validate Root Cause Analysis for inventory discrepancies • Monitor and approve inventory adjustments • Recruit and hire then plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors and evaluates performance of Inventory Control employees ensures their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to and from bin locations counsels, records and disciplines as necessary. Develops Sr. crew leaders to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned crew members

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical field • 5 years of Inventory Control experience in fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing setting • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Excel application • Strong analytic skills • Leadership skills and previous leadership experience • Project management skills • ERP Experience • Experience managing relationship between WMS/ERP system • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
