Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various disciplines and consultants involved in the project, reviewing their drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the design intent.
- Resolve any design conflicts and ensure coordination.
- Implement and understand specific clients’ BIM standards as needed.
- Attend Design Development (DD) reviews and Value Engineering (VE) meetings, coordinating revisions with team members and consultants.
- Assemble a complete set of construction documents for distribution to clients and consultants, with assistance from support personnel.
- Generate general code analysis for projects.
- Follow established Revit/CAD standards and procedures.
- Assist with projects from schematic design through construction administration using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Research and stay proactive about upcoming building code updates.
- Maintain strong knowledge of constructability issues and building codes.
Skills
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Expertise in residential architecture and architectural design.
- Ability to produce construction documents, elevations, 3D models, and handle RFIs.
- Experience in design development, schematic design, and construction administration.
- Strong understanding of building codes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of architectural experience in an office setting.
- Proficient in producing technical documents (CDs) using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Ability to quickly and accurately produce and develop plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models from hand sketches.
- Completion of at least 4 projects in Revit is preferred.
- Capable of working independently most of the time.
