This is a QA/Lab Tech role. This person will spend 10% of their time at the plant and 90% of their time in the labs testing the cheese and whey products. They will be doing basic pH testing as well as acidity, sensory testing, acidify testing and will get involved in more complex testing the further in the role they get.
