What are the responsibilities and job description for the Land Dev Project Manager position at Actalent?
Seeking a Land Development Project Manager
- Looking to be the 'go to person' to help run the office/ projects they have.
- Will be pushing projects forward, making sure their time is being used wisely, emails are responded to.
- Think of this person as an 'air traffic controller' helping the projects and office run smoothly.
- Occasionally will be in the field mentoring the JR staff.
- · Will be responsible for managing projects, timelines, and making sure work gets delegated and completed. Will be responsible for managing new staff members as well
- · Work with other CAD Team Members, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to understand scope of work, schedule, and budget.
- · A minimum of an Associates Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer-Aided Design, or a related field.
- · Proficiency with AutoCAD & Civil 3D
- · Must understand terminology like grading, slope, steep slope, municipal codes.
- MUST HAVE LAND DEVELOPMENT HANDS ON EXPEREINCE
