- Perform Phlebotomy
- Check patient vitals
- Answer phones using a scripted text
- Maintain a sterile office environment
- Collect co-pays
- Use EMR
- Schedule patient appointments
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and have strong communication skills
- Knowledge payer sources, ability to verify insurance
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a LPN e eligible to practice in the state of TN.
- At least one year of experience working as an LPN in the sub specialty clinics.
- Must have pre-op and post-op experience
