Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Perform technical analyses on a variety of field-related subjects • Model or design product in a CAD-based environment • Be part of team to develop design reviews, design changes, development of new product, Bill of Materials, Labor Lists, and resource requirements • Supervise and improve the manufacturing processes; ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner • Liaise with other engineers/managers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required • Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training • Establish safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account • Create processes that will comply with U.S Government Military Specifications
