Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer for HVAC Equipment!
- Design custom air handler units, exhaust fans, mushroom fans, return fans, and cooling towers using fans with EC and AC motor technology (Ziehl-Abegg, Rosenberg, EBM-Papst, etc.) for new and retrofit installations.
- Design air handler units incorporating aluminium extrusion, fan sections, filter sections, coil sections, access sections, UV lamp sections, drain pans, dampers, view portals, sheet metal panels, and doors when required.
- Size and design steam distribution coils, heat recovery coils, hot water coils, chilled water coils, and evaporator coils based on CFM, face velocity, fin face size, rows, circuitry, and required output temperatures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Mentor and teach lower-level personnel all necessary skills, programs, and technical info required to design, size, produce, and assemble custom components and fan coil units.
- Provides work direction to other team members, including subcontractors, as assigned.
- Lead company through UL certification of air handler units and exhaust fans.
- Lead company through US trademark acceptance.
- Support the business development process through input to proposals, meeting and presenting to prospective customers, etc.
