Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Launch Engineer to join our team in Wautoma, WI. In this role, you will design new products and processes, and improve and maintain existing products. - Work closely with production supervision, production planning, purchasing, and design engineering to launch new design programs, model year changes, and manage the site's ECO processes. - Design welding and fabrication fixturing based on improvements to new and existing products. - Responsible for documenting, controlling, and improving the processes used to manufacture Aluminum Booms, including but not limited to fabrication, welding, and assembly processes, while promoting safety and quality through engineering controls. - Confer with management, production, and product engineering staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products. - Maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization. - Determine parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.

This is a fully on-site position in Wautoma, Wisconsin.

Salary : $70,500 - $103,400
