Job Title: Municipal Engineer

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Municipal Engineer where you will be responsible for a blend of field oversight and office duties. Your role will involve supporting over 100 diverse projects which include working with PSEG, First Environment, Verizon, and various private land development projects (residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use). Daily tasks include reviewing environmental plans, submitting permitting plans for utility projects, coordinating with attorneys, and creating, proposing, and submitting NJDEP regulation reports. This role requires strong client interfacing skills.

Hard Skills

• Project Management (5-10 years of experience)
• Familiarity with NJDEP Codes & Regulations
• Ability to independently write, propose, and submit zoning permits

Soft Skills

• Strong client interfacing skills

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Manasquan, New Jersey.

Work Environment

The position offers a small team environment within our offices located in Manasquan or Rockaway. The role includes a mix of approximately 70% field oversight and 30% office-based tasks.
