Description:
Produce Chemicals for the general cleaning, pharmaceutical or cosmetic wet wipes.
- blend in 3 separate tank farms
- batch concentrate
- perform daily process rounds
- troubleshoot processes
- perform and assist with line and equipment sanitation
- treat waste water streams
- pH meter, Chlorine meter and basic quality tests
- perform cleaning and sanitation of process equipment and blending areas
- conduct chemical raw material inventories
- Written written and verbal communication with QA and Manufacturing personnel using process measurement data/attribute testing when necessary
