What are the responsibilities and job description for the Party Chief position at Actalent?
Actalent is seeking a party chief
Description:
They cover pretty much every discipline of land development including civil engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, planning, utility engineering, etc.
They should have basic experience with AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D -AutoCAD Land Development Desktop (LDD) and Civil3D and our contractor must be literate in AutoCAD. They don't want to have to train on AutoCAD or the surveying capabilities from scratch. Most of these candidates come from the field (which is helpful because they know how to collect the data) and then come inside to be able to do computations, CADD work, etc.

any certiifications or training related to surveying would be a bonus. any expeirence with wssc (washington suburban sanitary commission) would be a huge bonus. experience in pg and/or montgomery county highly preferred because this is where all of their work is.
