What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Specialist position at Actalent?
The Payroll Specialist (Time and Expense Specialist) is responsible for ensuring our employees receive superior service and accurate pay. The employees the Payroll Specialist supports include but are not limited to Per Project Consultants, Full Time Consultants and Internal Billable Employees.
The Payroll Specialist’s primary responsibilities will be to verify, monitor, and process the weekly payroll for their assigned portfolio. The Payroll Specialist will also review, communicate, and ensure compliance with our companies’ policies and procedures. The Payroll Specialist will be the liaison between OSG, Project Coordinators, and our corporate partners to ensure payroll and invoicing are accurate and completed each week within the appropriate deadlines.

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, and Accounting preferred
