What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power Engineering Technologist position at Actalent?
Description:
-primarily office-based position, that might occasionally have to go to the field to collect measurements and data. There will be minimal travel expectations for this position. Although this position will be primarily office-base, there will be moments and situations that arise that would demand time out of the office and travel time. The work dictates the needs. This position will require a moderate amount of technical computer skills. Computer literacy will be required as most this position’s time will be spent on the computer analyzing and designing projects based on data that has been captured and collected from our field team. This position will sift through, sort, label, and make design decisions based on the collected data. This position might also spend time mapping routes for our field teams based on information that we have been given by our clients. This position will require a flexible and decisive person as each project is unique and will require the candidate to make decisions based on some level of intuition and the experience they will gain along the way.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Must have high school diploma
-No degree required
-Must be able to operate within a computer with no training
