Description:
Analyst will perform electronic record management function and regulatory reporting within complaint handling. The role of complaint investigation management which includes all activities pertaining to receiving and investigating reports of worldwide product events on specific products; entering information into the database; independently determining and filing appropriate medical devices reports with various regulatory agencies; current project includes high volume record intake requiring high volume individual electronic submission of regulatory reports for the same type of product event.tion with all levels of employees, customers, and contractors.
Reports are coming from external clients. For example- a product event occurs with a device and we are told that the dr is going to explant that device proactively. This report comes external to the medical device company and the analyst in this role would be responsible for filling in the templated form to the reporting body for that particular country.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a science related field
Investigations, medical device reporting or product evaluation
Writing experience
Proven ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
3 months lab experience and/or anatomy/physiology experience (from school is fine)
Strong problem solving skills
Proficient at navigating computer systems (verified by references)
