What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator/Project Controls position at Actalent?
Actalent is hiring for a Project Coordinator-Project Controls Specialist for a 6 month (may go longer) project about one hour from Clarksville, TN.
Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for reviewing work in MS Project and break it down into a more manageable Excel document for all stakeholders to view and understand progress of the project. They will also hold weekly meetings with internal employees to discuss what tasks should be completed and help manage execution. *The project is converting a warehouse into a manufacturing plant with 3 lines, and involves relocating existing equipment. They will bridge the gap between startup and operations.

Need someone to track the quality work stream during installation and CQV of equipment, make sure the other smaller tasks are tracked and getting done.
