Experience with documentation and reporting

Job Description:
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for maintain the daily flow of quality analysis within the QC laboratory of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains the flow of on time sample testing to meet production needs.
- Ensures existing standard operation procedures are followed.
- Ensures laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintains raw material Certificate of Analysis program.
- Maintains retain samples and associated data including records relating to the receipt and testing of raw materials.
- Acts as production troubleshooting and support.
- Initiation to GC analysis.
- Identifies and troubleshoots equipment problems, technical problems, and follows through to determine solutions.
- Prepares validation protocols, executes experiments, and prepares validation reports.
- Prepares Certificates of analysis for customers as needed.
- This position participates as a member of the Ethical Sourcing cross-functional team, and as such, monitors company performance related to the environment, health and safety.
