Description:
90% of the time perform routine testing for Microbiology testing on Raw material and finished products (TPC, E.coli, Yeast and Mold test and S.Auerus Micro test) 10% of the time perform environmental monitoring tasks such as, weekly water sampling and surface and air testing for both plants Good documentation practice skills and pay attention to details, Help out with Testing in Chemistry lab as needed. Conduct environmental monitoring - Air viable cell testing and Quarterly environmental testing like surface testing Perform various Chemical, Physical and Microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process and finished product Understand USP, EP, AOAC and BP methods Make OOS reports for micro tests Keep the monthly updates logged Calibrate laboratory equipment - pH Meter, Ovens, Incubators
