Quality Technician

Position:

·        Quality Assurance Technician

Pay:

·        $16.50-20/hr depending on experience

Shift:

·        Monday-Friday 3:30pm-1:30am

Qualifications:

·        6 months quality experience or Associate's/Bachelor's degree in the Life Sciences

Job Description:

·        Ensure all food safety control points (CP) and critical control points (CCP) are monitored and reviewed for compliance

·        Ensure verification and calibration of equipment

·        Perform laboratory duties related to analysis, sampling on raw materials and finished goods

·        Perform quality assurance SAP functions

·        Product monitor and review net weights on all products produced

·        Evaluate physical attributes: code, shape of product, bake out, sanitizer concentration check

·        Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any food safety/quality deviations and/or failures
