Job Title: R&D Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an R&D Technician, where you will support our operations through a range of responsibilities including resin blending, material property testing, roll doctor operation, and small-scale pilot lines operation. You will also play a crucial role in inventory and warehouse management. This full-time position operates during the day shift from Monday to Friday, offering the potential for up to 10 hours of overtime per week.

Hard Skills

• Pilot machine/equipment setup
• Resin blending
• Material testing (COF, surface energy, basis weight, gauge, etc.)
• Stage materials for R&D trial operations

Soft Skills

• Ability to implement changes as needed
• Monitoring and adjusting blend quantities
• Efficient management of changeovers
• Accurate completion and collection of offline testing documentation

Work Environment

Pilot Laboratory - 1st Shift position, Monday to Friday with potential for overtime
